Senior Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to spearhead complex IC physical design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge chip designs from RTL to GDS.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IC design and leadership experience with tapeout requirements. Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments and at least one programming language: C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl is also essential.

We are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate with Frontend and Signoff teams to ensure successful project execution. Strong communication and teamwork skills are vital to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of 6nm/4nm/3nm and below world-leading advanced process chip designs from RTL to GDS
  • Coordinating block synthesis/APR/PV tasks for over 10 blocks and resolving critical issues
  • Managing TOP roles for complicated hierarchical chips with over 20 million instances and 1000+ macros
  • Coordinating PD PM tasks with Frontend and Signoff teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful tapeout

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IC design and leadership experience with tapeout requirements
  • Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments and at least one programming language: C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different teams and drive team success
