Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to create and edit BIM models, perform electrical/mechanical drawings, and complete AutoCAD drawings in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and AutoCad software.
  • Understand electrical/mechanical trades and draw corresponding diagrams.
  • Prepare high-quality proposal, shop, and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution.
  • Perform site survey and inspection to ensure drawing precision.
  • Collaborate with contractors and engineers on design changes.
  • Review design drawings with vendors and clients.
  • Prepare accurate as-built drawings for OMM and track client comments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree / ITE / BCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM Modelling with Revit and AutoCad software.
  • Knowledge of Naviswork and Rendering Software is an advantage.
  • Experience in modelling and drafting M&E services.
  • Familiarity with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Code of Practice.
  • Background in Data Centre is beneficial.
  • A team player who can work under pressure.
