Digital Asset Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Digital Assets Initiative Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital asset initiatives in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, encompassing strategy development, governance, and portfolio management.

You will collaborate with business divisions to define priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, and ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, you will engage with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards.

As a subject matter expert across the group, you will advise and speak on all things blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for digital asset initiatives in the APAC region.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and outcomes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to build relationships and foster industry partnerships.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with regional standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years' experience in financial services with a strong understanding of financial infrastructure.
  • Passionate about digital assets and distributed ledger/blockchain technology.
  • Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects/products in the Digital Asset/Fintech space.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets, especially in the APAC region.
