Job Summary

This role entails dual responsibilities in financial record management and inventory control. The successful candidate will report directly to the finance and logistics departments, adhering to the company's financial and procurement protocols to ensure accurate financial operations and timely supply of inventory.

  • Manage and reconcile bank account inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate account details and submitting monthly reconciliations to superiors promptly.
  • Supervise store revenue, ensuring daily sales income is deposited into the designated account on time.
  • Process store reimbursement requests, verifying the validity of receipts and facilitating their submission.
  • Analyze and reconcile previous month's expenses at the beginning of each month, recording information in financial reports and submitting them before the 5th of every month.
  • Aid in collecting monthly and annual financial data, preparing financial reports for senior approval.
  • Develop monthly procurement plans based on inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure adequate supply of key materials.
  • Oversee the receipt and inspection of purchased goods, communicating promptly with suppliers regarding discrepancies and recovering relevant funds.
  • Coordinate store material deliveries, confirming the correct quantity provided and supplying duplicate sales orders for signature and record-keeping purposes.
  • Perform monthly stock-taking at the end of each month, identifying discrepancies in inventory and processing them once approved.

Requirements

  • Diploma Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in cashiering or purchasing advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial or inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail in work.
