This role is responsible for executing and overseeing real estate financing transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with institutional standards and governance frameworks.
- Support senior team members in growing the property finance business in Asia Pacific
- Lead end-to-end deal execution and documentation
- Develop and implement internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal, and compliance departments
- Analyze and review credit applications, cash flow projections, and property memos
- Monitor and analyze the property loan portfolio in Asia Pacific
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Qualifications- University graduate in real estate, business, finance, or related discipline
- 7-10 years' experience with a commercial bank, investment bank, and/or real estate fund
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Asia with good credit sense
- Fluent in written and spoken English and one other language widely used in Asia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
