Job Opportunity:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant MEP Project Manager to join our team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to take their career to the next level.
\About the Role:
\As an Assistant MEP Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of M&E projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project planning and scheduling, procuring materials and subcontractors, preparing and maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress and reporting on project performance, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, attending site meetings and resolving technical issues, coordinating with site teams, consultants and clients, and supporting with cost tracking and budget control.
\Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in project management, preferably within the M&E sector, and hold relevant qualifications such as a degree in a construction-related field.
\Benefits:
\This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, travel expenses to site fully covered, life assurance scheme, company pension, and company phone provided.
