Job Title: MEP Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Understand and interpret main contract and sub-contract requirements to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
  • Review and align M&E design drawings to guarantee consistency with client expectations.
  • Prepare combined services drawings and coordinate with consultants and clients to finalize project plans.
  • Manage M&E sub-contractors' work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
  • Study, coordinate and supervise M&E works with client representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Verify that M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure timely completion of M&E works within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice and safety regulations.
  • Attend site meetings as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management/Project Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an MEP Coordinator in a Singapore construction firm with HDB project experience is essential.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore standards and requirements is necessary.
  • The candidate should be able to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
