About the Job
We require a seasoned professional to lead, coach, and mentor our Command Center team, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Command Center, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to critical incidents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely and accurate communication of incidents and events.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the Command Center team and drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of incidents and events
- Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management, escalation processes, and reporting
- Ensure the availability and functionality of Command Center tools and systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Data center or network operation center / NOC environment. Proven track record in managing a team is required for this position.
