Job Description

The Parent Liaison Manager will work closely with internal departments to market and promote EtonHouse International School to the international and local community in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all new enquiries are captured in the CRM system and followed up within 1 working day.
  • Record all appropriate information into the CRM system and contact prospect parents via phone or email.
  • Organize open days, including managing RSVP lists, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Lead the organization of open houses, including confirming attendance and allocating school tour groups.
  • Work with the kitchen to ensure food and setup are provided.
  • Facilitate content sharing by the principal and/or other members of the leadership team.
  • Prepare materials and resources for sharing with families.
  • Review and shadow PLEs around school tours to ensure they are promoting the school in the right light.
  • Support families for student pass applications and engage in all induction courses and professional development sessions.
  • Ensure data in the CRM is updated at all times to facilitate accurate reports and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 5-6 years of related work experience in sales management or business development.
  • Sales management experience is desirable.
  • Experience working in an international school environment is an added advantage.
  • Collaborative attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Result-oriented and hands-on marketer.
