  • Staff Recruitment Process: Participate in deliberations for candidate selection and provide input on staff recruitment, considering factors such as teaching skills, subject matter expertise, and teamwork abilities.">
  • Internal and External Communication Process: Prepare and disseminate school memos relevant to one's department, including updates on vocational programs, to keep stakeholders informed.">
  • Curriculum Planning and Scheduling Process: Plan and prepare schedules for assigned departments, monitor and update consolidated schedules, coordinate with teachers, and ensure timely submission of lesson plans and progress reports.">
  • Monitoring of Curriculum Delivery Process/Student Assessment: Vet IEPs, progress reports, and other relevant documents, train and guide teachers on best practices, and monitor student assessment procedures to ensure data-driven decision making.">
