Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior OSSD Manager to lead our Assurance OSS solutions in event, performance, and service management for Fixed, Mobile, Broadband, IPTV, and Transmission networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Engineering or Service Planning, with expertise in system OS administration, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, Windows, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, SAN/NAS storage systems, and CISCO IOS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and ensure optimal state for OSS systems and solutions, meeting SLAs, customer satisfaction, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the planning and operations of Assurance OSS solutions in event, performance, and service management for Fixed, Mobile, Broadband, IPTV, and Transmission networks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to analyze requirements, drive solution design, and implement new OSS capabilities or upgrade existing systems.
  • Evaluate and adopt automation, AI/ML, analytics capabilities to transform OSS systems into an intelligent OSS ecosystem platform.
  • Liaise with vendors for software, hardware, and module delivery, testing, and timely implementation.
Requirements
  • An IT or Telecommunication degree, preferably in Electrical/Electronic or Info-Communications Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Engineering or Service Planning, with domain certifications/experience in eTOM and ITIL v4.
  • Mobile technologies (e.g., WCDMA, GSM, SIGTRAN, LTE, 5G) and good knowledge of IPV6, Load-balancer, and security devices (Cisco, F5, Fortigate).
  • Understanding of Linux, open source, software development, and related automation, monitoring tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, conflict and stakeholder management, risk assessment, and decision-making.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, self-driven, highly motivated, and time management.
