This role requires daily store operations and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Conducting regular inventory checks is also essential to ensure accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries, making recommendations, and handling transactions efficiently.
  • Assisting clients with repair requests and following up on the process to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Adhering to daily opening and closing procedures as per company SOP.
  • Counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
  • Opening and closing the safe box according to company protocol.
  • Completing assigned tasks by the manager in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preparing and submitting basic paperwork, file documents, and compiling excel sales reports as required.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely daily settlements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or watches and jewelry is essential.
  • Able to commit to retail shift hours, including public holidays and weekends.
