Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic retail environment selling high-end jewelry and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist clients with repair requests and follow up on the process until completion.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures according to company SOP.
  • Count cash at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Open and close the safe box securely.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely manner.
  • Process paperwork, filing, and Excel sales reports efficiently.
  • Ensure daily settlements are completed accurately.
Requirements:
  • Experience in luxury retail or watches and jewelry.
  • Ability to commit to retail shift hours.
  • Willingness to work public holidays and weekends.
