Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the service industry.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, with proficiency in Albanian language an asset.\
