Job Title: Client Service SpecialistAt our organization, we are seeking a skilled support professional to manage client documentation, submissions, and policy servicing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage client documents, submissions, and policy services effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with insurers and clients to ensure completion of outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, compliance documents, and internal databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and progress updates for advisors to optimize productivity.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance-related work. Former Financial Advisors or individuals with FA experience are strongly preferred. You should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and follow-up skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.Requirements:
