Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and transportation activities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse operations and 3 years in a supervisory position.
  • Diploma or above in Logistics Management or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good leadership skills, ability to use systematic approach in decision-making, and exhibit good judgment and understanding of issues.
  • Proven experience in Warehouse operations, transportation/logistics/supply chain management, and customer relationship management.
