Key responsibilities include managing known and potential safety issues, participating in safety boards as per the Safety Management Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements, and acting as a Technical Authority when delegated. You will also lead root cause investigations, implement containment actions, and recommend corrective measures. Conducting technical surveillance and quality assurance audits to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction are essential parts of this role.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related numerical discipline is required. Experience in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and managing complex technical challenges is essential. Familiarity with in-service operations, including regulatory and compliance requirements, is necessary for success. Proven ability to support and lead cross-functional teams is also required. As a minimum qualification, you must have a strong understanding of component/system functionality and numerical methods. Additionally, you should be able to develop and approve technical publications for OEMs, maintenance teams, and customers, and prepare and deliver reports and presentations to platform providers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
