Job Title

Overview

We are seeking a Product Management Expert to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap development, prioritisation, and release planning. This role involves translating strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in digital product management, including product planning, scoping, and delivery. A strong sense of ownership and excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Translating strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and positioning
  • Collaborating with UX designers to shape user journeys and experiences
  • Partnering with engineering teams to deliver releases on time and within budget
  • Driving go-to-market, adoption, and usage strategies to maximise product impact
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, service/change requests, and support incident/problem resolution
Requirements

For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in digital product management, including product planning, scoping, and delivery
  • Confident leading products from concept to launch, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Skilled in vendor and contract management, and handling change/service request and incident management processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments
  • Comfortable working in Agile development environments, with exposure to CI/CD practices, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), user authentication, and identity management
  • Bonus: experience in data analytics and/or visualisation tools
