Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative team lead to guide and manage our mobile development team. This role will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications that support our medical products.

Leveraging your expertise in mobile technologies and team leadership, you will ensure the creation of user-centric, secure, and scalable mobile apps while driving excellence in Agile and CI/CD practices.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mobile developers to achieve high performance and technical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment.
• Define team objectives, evaluate individual performance, and support career growth.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in UX/UI design, app performance, and security.
• Guide the team in adopting modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to define mobile application requirements and designs.

Project and Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development tasks.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and resolutions.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to streamline app development cycles.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile app releases.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance app functionality and user experience.
• Advocate for a user-focused and continuous improvement mindset within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of security principles in mobile apps.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
