Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Lead to join our team at Expeditors International. As a key member of our global supply chain management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring the successful execution of logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer service.
  • Create and communicate a global strategic business plan in alignment with our company goals and customer objectives.
  • Penetrate customers' organization structure at all levels to develop relationships beyond the main point of contact at all locations.
Essential Skills:
  • University or equivalent business qualifications and a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Expeditors' product and services as well as required operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively up and down the management hierarchy.
