Lead AI Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our AI data science efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in advanced data science roles in banking/financial services/quant/consulting. They should be able to frame data-driven approaches to solve complex problems and possess end-to-end AI deployment experience with demonstrable achievements.

A strong background in Deep Learning, Python programming, and large data handling abilities is essential. The successful candidate will also be passionate about Market Portfolio Optimization/Econometric Modelling/Forecasting and have the ability to communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Additionally, they should be skilled in agile project management practices, have experience in adjacent topics such as Agentic AI/Multimodal generation, and be proficient in assorted tools for data science solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven business solutions.
  • Develop and execute plans aligned with strategic project objectives.
  • Deploy AI applications using agile development methodologies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into the organization's ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced data science roles in banking/financial services/quant/consulting.
  • End-to-end AI deployment experience with demonstrable achievements.
  • Strong background in Deep Learning.
  • Python programming and large data handling abilities.
