Senior SAP Financial Consultant Role

This senior SAP financial consultant role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that financial processes are efficiently managed and aligned with business objectives as a specialized professional responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FI and CO modules.

  • Lead and manage SAP FI/CO module implementation and configuration projects.
  • Research, analyze, design, and develop SAP FI/CO solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Update/enhance SAP software capabilities and direct testing and validation procedures.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Develop and implement effective controlling processes to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.
  • Train end-users on SAP FI/CO functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO-related issues.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant.
  • Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO module functionalities and configuration.
  • Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.
  • Understanding of hardware systems and their integration with SAP software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
