**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical consulting and advice to customers on network and cyber security systems maintenance and implementation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve faults in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies, including Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VPN, DNS, NTP, and 2FA.
  • Manage and maintain equipment stores, ensuring that all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Arrange for the return of faulty equipment to vendors for repair and maintenance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for customers to ensure the optimal performance of their network and cyber security systems.
  • Conduct network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in network and cyber security systems maintenance and implementation.
  • Strong familiarity with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, VPN, DNS, NTP, and 2FA technologies.
  • Experience in Python or Linux shell scripting is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent will be highly valued.
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel as required.
