We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our banking clients' GRC transformation initiatives in Singapore. As a Transformation Lead, you will define and execute strategic plans to enhance our clients' risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal control capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive GRC strategies that address digital risk, regulatory compliance, and internal control modernization.
- Advise C-level stakeholders and board committees on GRC capabilities and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee multi-workstream GRC programs, including enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, and issue management.
- Promote business development, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of delivery quality, innovation (e.g., AI, control automation), and regulatory alignment across engagements.
- Represent the firm in industry forums, contributing to thought leadership and brand presence.
- 15+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, or risk consulting, with strong exposure to banking sector transformations.
- Proven track record leading large-scale programs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of Basel II/III, COSO ERM, and regional governance expectations.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management at executive level.
- Excellent leadership, commercial, and communication skills.
