We are seeking an experienced onsite technician to provide technical support and assistance.


Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of products, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems. In addition to repairing or replacing faulty components, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed service records, repairs, and equipment inventory while ensuring a safe working environment.

About This Role:• Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customers in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
• Repair or replace faulty components at the customer's site.
• Maintain detailed service records, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.

Requirements:O-Level or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a refrigerator, ceiling fan, television, monitor onsite technician, or similar role.
Familiarity with electrical and android systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.
