Job Title: Legalisation & Admin Officer (11 Months)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legalisation & Admin Officer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication.

In this role, you will conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them. You will also provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes, respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails, and address customer challenges or concerns related to Certificates and document legalisation.

You will also support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication
  • Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite, including MS Word and Excel, detail-oriented approach to tasks, ability to work independently as well as a team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to undergo training.
