- Apply investigational and analytics skills to monitor and analyze potential fraudulent cases and produce root cause analysis reports with value-added risk mitigation suggestions.
- Design and deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Understand Singpass-related scams and their impact on the anti-fraud ecosystem.
- Identify relevant Singpass logs corresponding to various modus operandi.
- Proficient with existing fraud modus and accurately label fraudulent transactions for machine modeling and fraud trending.
- Synthesize and analyze data to support anti-fraud operations, process improvements, and decision-making for product teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics within the anti-scam space is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
- Strong data analysis and correlation skills, with the ability to work through complex and unfamiliar datasets and identify characteristics of different scenarios.
- Proven success in working independently and within a team.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
