Job Title: Electronics Support SpecialistA specialist is needed to assist clients in resolving technical issues and providing front-line support.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, customers, and distributors via phone, email or on-site visits.
  • Manage and coordinate the resolution of customer return merchandise authorization (RMA) issues.
  • Conduct failure analysis on defective units returned from the field.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the head office technical department to conduct product acceptance tests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum Nitec certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Preferably with knowledge of power supply, components and related technology.
  • Candidates must have proficient Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
