Warehouse Coordinator Position

The role of a Warehouse Coordinator is to oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming goods. They will also assist in preparing goods for delivery by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming goods against delivery orders, reporting any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, updating inventory records accurately in the system.
  • Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to schedules.
  • Assist drivers with planning their routes and coordinating delivery times.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Order stock as needed to fulfill customer orders, maintaining an optimal level of inventory.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organized and clean, adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Load and unload goods onto/from delivery vans as required.
Requirements:
  • Completion of GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
