Job Title: Service Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various service activities, including routine preventative maintenance, responding to technical issues, and communicating with other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all standard service activities through Tier I with assistance from senior engineers.
  • Respond to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and verifying the operational quality of system equipment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow all checklists and procedures, ensuring correct Revs of procedures and schematics are available prior to performing work.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, understand escalation plans, and support seniors for Day-Day CM resolution.
  • Learns and applies diagnostic techniques, uses documentation and test equipment, and seeks to learn fundamental theories.
  • Develops the ability to represent us to customers, using good customer service skills at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
