Job Title: Cafe Manager

Are you a leader with a passion for coffee and people? We're seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new coffee concept. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships with team members, and maintains high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence
  1. Manage daily cafe operations to ensure efficient service at all times.
  2. Stay updated on current coffee industry trends and brewing techniques.
  3. Calibrate coffee machines daily to maintain consistency and product quality.
  4. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
  • Customer Service
  1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stock & Quality Control
  1. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory orders with suppliers.
  2. Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and food quality.
  • Financial Management
  1. Achieve sales targets while controlling costs to ensure profitability.
  • Team Management
  1. Promote a positive work environment to develop and motivate team members.
  2. Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a cafe or F&B outlet.
  • Good understanding of coffee, including origins, processing methods, roasting profiles, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to effectively educate the team on coffee knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of equipment calibration and cafe operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
