Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the quality and safety programmes, innovation work that impact the quality and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programme within the organisation.
  • Play an active role in identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
  • Provide support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees and to continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrate management skills necessary to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system and work with teams across the hospital and institutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of patient safety principles.
