We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Your responsibility will be to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house workflow, with an emphasis on delivering authentic Fujian cuisine and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Kitchen and Service Teams: Lead the kitchen and service teams for smooth operation, ensuring timely delivery of meals and prompt service to customers.
- Staff Scheduling and Attendance: Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and maintain adequate manpower coverage to meet operational demands.
- Team Training and Motivation: Train and motivate team members on service standards and food knowledge to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Menu Planning and Seasonal Specials: Work closely with the kitchen team on menu planning, seasonal specials, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
- Inventory Management and Cost Control: Manage inventory, control costs, and monitor wastage to achieve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Hygiene, Safety, and Licensing: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
- Operational Reports: Prepare operational reports to assist management in meeting sales and profitability targets by providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
With 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a Chinese restaurant, preferably Fujian cuisine, you will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple outlets or chain restaurant operations is highly preferred. You should also have the ability to manage team and maintain a positive work environment.
