Leadership Opportunity in Restaurant Management

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. This includes overseeing all centerpieces, linens, silverware, and glasses to guarantee excellence.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work weekend and public holidays, including night shifts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to motivate and develop staff, and contribute to achieving financial targets by leading the team during shifts.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage their time efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
You will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will also be responsible for performing various duties assigned by management, including cleaning tasks and contributing to inventory control.
