Job Description

The Mail Ambassador role at Singapore Post involves handling and processing mail and parcels with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and manage mail and parcel items with accuracy and speed
  • Deliver mail, letters, packets, and parcels to assigned locations with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Record and compile statistics on mail traffic as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Singapore Driving License to perform the job role
  • Be able to handle heavy letters and parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Be familiar with smartphone functions and able to use them effectively
  • Speak and write English fluently for communication with customers and reading English manuals
  • We welcome candidates with no relevant experience as training will be provided
