Job Title: Mail Ambassador

Job Summary:

The Mail Ambassador will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting, delivery, and management of mail and parcel items. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and manage mail and parcel items in a timely and accurate manner
• Deliver mail and parcels to assigned locations, ensuring timely and secure delivery
• Record and compile statistics related to mail traffic, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Singapore Driving License to perform the job role
• Be able to handle heavy letters and parcels ranging from 10-30kg
• Be familiar with using smartphone functions
• Be able to speak and write English fluently for communication with customers
• We welcome candidates with no relevant experience, as training will be provided
