Product Innovation Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Engineer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing new product processes, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new product processes, including setup and alignment with SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with local and HQ designers on product change requirements and plan implementation schedules.
  • Prepare implementation schedules and disseminate them to production PICs for smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress and enforce the use of systems developed for operation change tracking.
  • Understand key functions and product master setting rules of ERP (SAP) system, process-related inline systems, and traceability requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics).
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field in the PCB manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
