About the Role
This full-time position involves working as part of a team to sell various types of snacks and cold beverages to visitors at Gardens by the Bay. Key responsibilities include operating a buggy to move around the gardens, performing cashiering duties, managing inventory, replenishing products on shelves, and maintaining daily housekeeping standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and collect feedback on products and services offered. The role requires flexibility, with weekend, public holiday, and rotating shift work being mandatory.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with sales or retail experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a friendly and service-oriented approach. A valid Class 3 driving license is also required.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and possess leadership qualities. Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and Word, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in information technology, leadership development, public speaking, PowerPoint, team building, and self-motivation would be valuable assets. Customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are crucial.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between SGD $30,000 to SGD $40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in Singapore.
