Sales Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify prospects through outbound calls and consultations
- Conduct one-on-one business meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate records and communications using CRM tools and other software
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high-value industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented performance
- Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with structured sales processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent self-motivation and time management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets
