Job Title: Singapore Study Abroad Training Market Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our business growth in the Singapore study abroad training market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Chinese student market and be able to develop practical marketing strategies to drive sales performance and market share growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive business development plans targeted at the Singapore study abroad training market
  • Create annual business development strategies specifically targeting the Chinese market to increase student enrolment for Singaporean institutions
  • Analyse trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in China to identify opportunities for recruitment growth
  • Establish relationships with education agents, counsellors, and pathway partners in China to maximize recruitment channels and ensure targets are met
  • Organize education fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and school visits (both in-person and online) in China to promote study opportunities in Singapore
  • Maintain connections with local schools, universities, and other relevant organizations in China to build a steady recruitment pipeline
  • Oversee the application process, follow up on student enquiries and applications, and work to improve conversion rates from application to enrolment
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and digital content suitable for the Chinese market
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and relevant regulations, and maintain high standards of service to prospective students and partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities, capable of effectively motivating team members to achieve goals
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore study abroad training market and the Chinese student market, with the ability to develop practical marketing strategies
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, enabling data-driven business decision-making
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to effectively utilize social media and other digital channels for marketing
