Marketing Growth Strategist Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Marketing Growth Strategist to lead our user acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and optimizing the entire marketing funnel for scalable growth.This role combines analytical prowess, creativity, and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new users and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Performance Marketing & Optimization: Own and optimize performance of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising, to achieve growth targets and maximize ROI.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Lead a continuous testing and optimization cycle across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing or similar role, with a proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing automation, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
