About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Supplier Quality Manager. You will be responsible for supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing monitoring to ensure they meet our quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select suitable suppliers based on quality, capability, pricing, delivery, environment, and social regulations.
  • Implement new supplier qualification processes, including capability matching, supplier risk assessment, and onsite audits.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and products through value-added engineering activities.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in quality assurance, preferably with 8 years of experience in the high-tech electronics industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and proficiency in electronic assembly, testing, and inspection tools is essential.
