Pastry Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts that meet the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake pastries and desserts in large quantities.
  • Presentation of final products to ensure visual appeal.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for supplies.
  • Assist with cost control and budgetary planning.
  • Maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a pastry chef is preferred.
  • Proactive, attention to detail, dependable, team player, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as assigned shift and weekends.
  • WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
