Workplace Culture Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our workplace culture development and talent acquisition initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance workplace dynamics, support business growth, and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with management to design and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Support regional HR activities, including occasional travel to ASEAN countries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in HR administration and recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
