Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist in the administration of insurance policies, focusing on issuing contracts, endorsements, and policy adjustments. This role is critical to ensuring seamless policy processing and timely client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue policy contracts, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage premium calculations and experience refunds with attention to detail.
  • Timely issue tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards.
  • Respond promptly to employee benefits queries from clients and intermediaries via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for compliance.
  • Collaborate with section heads to identify operational improvements and implement change.
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team leads.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders. You should be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
