Commercial Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to support business growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable data requests.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of commercial campaigns and treatments.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in accommodation acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a data role, preferably within the travel or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, including SQL, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Experience working with data pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
