Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating with service contractors on architectural projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and achieving quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with service contractors on architectural projects to ensure compliance with specifications and achieve quality standards.
  • Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve discrepancies and improve project outcomes.
  • Prepare materials for submission checks and ensure drawings align with design site coordinator's requirements.
  • Attend construction site coordination meetings and modify existing BIM models as needed.
  • Assist design managers with assigned tasks and provide support for project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with LTA project experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of specifications, drawing, scope, and sequence of work.
