Job Overview:
A Project Coordinator role is available in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from conception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project schedules and resource allocation plans to meet project timelines
• Coordinate project activities, including communication, risk management, and quality control
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
• Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized university
• 2-3 years experience in project coordination or management, preferably in civil engineering projects in Singapore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong command of English and/or Mandarin, with ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Proficiency in MS Project and ACAD software, with preference given to those with advanced skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Possess a valid motor vehicle driving license, with added advantage of having a degree in Civil Engineering
