Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Secondary School Counsellor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact and be driven by growth and development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, promoting the welfare of children and young people.

  • A minimum of two (2) years full-time, supervised experience working with children and/or young people in an educational, child protection or counselling environment
  • Minimum One year full-time (or part-time equivalent) coursework Masters, majoring in counselling from a recognised university or
  • Registration as a psychologist through a recognised regulation agency, or a fourth year qualification in psychology
Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will have professional membership, or credentials that meet the criteria for professional membership of a state/national counselling association, as well as other necessary qualifications.

An awareness or experience in the area of child protection matters would also be advantageous.
