Job Description

The role involves providing counselling services to pupils, working closely with teachers and school leaders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

The position requires flexibility to accommodate the needs of pupils and staff, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one counselling sessions to pupils
  • Conduct group counselling sessions
  • Work with teachers and school leaders to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and outcome
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
